Can someone please make me a realistic blender model of this house?
are we only talking the outside and textured as well ? 
What are you going to do with the model?
Why don’t you model the house?
Will the person contributing this model get credit/attribution/publicity or anything beyond a ‘thank you’?
Why don’t you get one of the limitless supply of free models on the web?
Do you have any commercial interest in this? Will you make money with the model? (Not that such is bad but it should be disclosed when asking others for work.)
Do you have any examples of what you have done with the models you asked for in the past?
