I am trying to mimick the arcane style but am having no luck. I’m not sure if i should paint the color on one image or split it up and mix them together. I need some advice please.
The arcane style uses a different type of brush effect that mimics oil paint. You might be able to get something close in blender, but I would recommend doing a paint-over of the diffuse texture in an external app.

You now already had asked some questions here. This might help to get some answers:

Use a proper headline to describe the problem. Not that you have “a problem” or search “for help” that’s what the forum and the categories are for and we all know that.

Do not ask “side questions”: Btw… for this you should make another thread with… see first point.
The reason might be… maybe some users are “a bit annoyed” (?) of the thsi behaviour ??
Or they do not know or simply had not read it… there are dozen of questions a day and there are several (hundred to thousends) users which are not that active and do look into this forum only one or two days (or less) a week.
…also: There are dozen of examples for this.
And finally the awesome forum search function (top right; 
–icon) can be used to restrict to categories ( ← here: Support).
