Can`t get original splash screen after installation 2.92. help :)

HI!
I just installed blender 2.92, the original splash screen gave me options for left/right mouse click, spacebar useage, and predesigned colour themes, I accidenlty hit something and didnt get to validate my settings, and its created some xsi theme which I hate, I want to kick myself in the head here.

I uninstalled and re-installed but that original splash screen no longer appears.
I went to preferences but nothing in there gives me those settings/that original screen.

How can I get it back?

Which OS are you on?

If you are on Windows, navigate to C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.92\config and delete the file userpref.blend

Sorry yes windows 10, thanks for the file path John,
ok great I go blilnd when I panic, Thanks Thomas.
I see in Keymap as well I can choose mouse/spacebar settings.

its sad that after all this time, theres still no clear way of clearing perfs when uninstalling. that seems to be the go to solution, rather than simply restore factory prefs menu option.
