A seemingly simple enough model, but the moving back and forth between 3D software feels unnecessary given that Blender has these by default. Are there any steps that Blender would struggle with just on its own? Can you Sculpt and then add extra topology in Edit mode without breaking the Sculpt.

I exported the model by GoZ from 3ds Max to ZBrush; and deformed the polys by using the Standard, Move, Topological and Smooth brushes.
