Can you delete face loop’s and still maintain the form of the mesh might
be a stupid question but if not is there a way to clean a mesh up
so every thing is divided evenly and all the vertices are squared up
in the x,y

No but you can delete EdgeLoops alt-rmb x edge loop if you do it twice then you’ve removed a face loop.
