Here is an animation I put together last week for a friend’s birthday:
The song is one he composed a few years back during one of our occasional One-Hour GarageBand Challenges. The animation was all done in Blender (you will no doubt recognize good old default Blender Blue Sky in parts); editing was done in Final Cut Express. The animation was not complicated (clearly), but it was nice to go from conception to rought cut in two days, with some refinements in sequences and editing taking another four.
(N.B. The choice of character, which is also his chat icon is an inside joke — I’m not personally THAT obsessed with candy corn. Oh, that delicious, demi-conical, thrice-colored seasonal glucose delivery system.)
