Hi, I am a bit new here, and just beginning to learn blender. Its kind of a important at my job I render an image with vectors so if anybody can help I’d appreciate a great deal.
Here’s whats up I’m working on a mac. I’ve been trying to install an add-on script all day now. Every time I try and add the script to the directory there is no change after restarting blender (Also there is no scripts directory in .blender; I have to create one.)
After attempting to get at the .py file directly, and install through user preferences, no new add-ons appear in the list. I’ve tried downgrading blender from 2.68 all the way to blender 2.60 to see if its a version problem, (My SVG output add-on script is for 2.6) but this doesn’t help. Has anyone any input?
This isn’t the only add-on I’ve tried installing. I’ve tried a few others as well. None of them show in my add-ons list. Even after reinstalling blender. Why is this happening to me ??? I’m out of ideas. Its really important I render with vectors though! Help!
