but I’m unable to get reflections with reflection cubemap. I adjusted clipping start and size of the cubemap, and when I click Bake Indirect Lighting or Bake Cubemap Only, nothing changes.
For now, I turned off screen space reflections.

You get the problem right.
Only after seeing your screenshot, I realized that I had to check “scene world” in viewport shading settings, otherwise cubemap reflections won’t show up
