Cannot find render layers in blender cycles 2.67

HI,

I am doing cgcookies arch viz course and in the course it is required to use render layers in cycles.

I cannot find the layers tab in the render section.

Does anyone know how I can get the render layers?

Layers are in there own section now. Just look in the tab next to the Render tab
