Cant animate because '"C:\PROGRA~1\Blender' is not recognized as an internal or exter

‘C:\PROGRA~1\Blender’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

It was working before, wtf??

I moved the blender folder out of “Blender Foundation” and just placed it in \Program Files\ and then it works. This is not what I want, how can I fix this?
