Cant Bake in Cycles Render - No Active Image

Hey Guys, I been trying to bake my hi poly sculpt to my low poly and this message just pops up:

“No active image in material (1) for object Low Poly Model”

I do not know what i am doing that is wrong and I looked all over YouTube for tutorials and followed the steps, but its still not working. if anyone can help me with this I’d be grateful

Here is the blend file to the model:

There are a ton of unused materials, it’s better to clean this up.
Move both objects one Layer to bake, make sure there is an image created in UV editor for baking which is in selected image texture node. Image can be reused: after baking, save on HD giving file appropriate name. http://www.pasteall.org/pic/show.php?id=101888

You have both objects selected, cant do that…? :eyebrowlift2:
Cycles is straight forward you select the obj then image node not linked and render and Bake with procedural texture linked. :spin:
Only thing that i know that will result in No active image in texture aka loop.
The object was maybe joined so you have 2 materials or
lets say you copied the material and image node had the 1st image so know you have 2 copies maybe 1 is linked to the object.
You have to delete the other image node or disconnect image node ? :spin:
Render engine is looking for the 1st texture image with a UV the node not linked OFF to Bake.
Same as in Blender Internal the texture will be 1st and deselected OFF to Bake.
Textures you want to bake , images or procedural will be clicked click ON same Node link in cycles with a UV link maybe. :spin:
Cycles can then bake as many materials for each object as long as there is linked image or texture. :spin:

I tired the exact same thing like you did in the image, but its still not baking anything. Man, I do not know what I am doing that is wrong. I must be messing a step or something

I did not see any sculpt on HP model so i swapped out Multirez to Subsurf which gives 18Mb economy for upload.

Press Bake and hopefully you’ll get normals baked.

Thanks bud, there was some sculpt in the HP version and it was in the nose and made some creases around that area

Then all you’d need to do is to append your original HP object in place of the one i ruined ;). Should bake fine, methinks.
