Can't change aspect ratio in UV Project to be less than 1.000 on X and Y

Does anyone know why I can’t make the aspect ratio smaller than 1.000 on either axis? I’m following the Blender 2.8 Bake camera mapped projected texture tutorial and I notice the Blender different versions, so I don’t know if it’s due to that or something else. I didn’t do anything in fSpy other than aligning the image to the correct axises. Thanks in advance to anyone who answers.

Nevermind, didn’t have to do calculations. just input in the size of the image.
