When i Add a new Armature default seems to be FK (yellow dot at big end)…
If I Select it in Object, Edit or Pose mode and hit TAB only the Mode changes, not FK to IK…
Is there a better way to do this?
The difference between IK and FK is just that you’ve added an IK solver constraint to a group of bones. Otherwise everything is FK.
Check out the blender User Documentation over at www.blender.org for an example on how to do this, and the ramifications of toggling the IK button next to a bone’s name in the edit buttons.
thanks Duoas, i will look at that… I am gradually getting my head around it… and checking out the tutes mentioned in the Animation forum here.
