Can't cut a video

Hello,

I would like to do some NLA Editing with blender. I have managed to open a video. But I cannot cut it, so that some frames are removed. Additionally, I can’t browse all the video, the buttons used for this purpose are unuseful.

Any ideas? I’m new to Blender, I find it’s interface complicated, instructions should be very clear and complete, please.

What are you trying to do ? Edit video ?
For video editing use the video sequence editor

Please supply an example of what you are doing and clearly describe with screenshots what the problem is
