What does this have to do with the Blender Game Engine? Moving to correct board (Support: Lighting and Rendering)…
I don’t know much about Cycles, but it seems to me you are not providing enough information. Answering the following questions would probably help people help you:
Are you using an official build from blender.org or a custom build from elsewhere?
If custom, where did you get the build?
Was it built with Cycles support? It is possible to build Blender with Cycles turned off.
Also, what operating system are you using and what kind of graphics card do you have?
Have you updated your drivers to the latest drivers from the card manufacturer?
Are you sure you have CUDA GPU, like Nvidia 460+ ? If yes, try to update your video card drivers.
oh you again! you told me to read manuals about the whole blender before I go make games right so I roam all chapters. done with basics of animation, a little bit of scripting well actually at the manual. this is on of the last topics. and after this I’ll focus on scripting for game engine.
anyway this is my computer… not really a good one
Intel ® Core™2 Duo CPU 2.20Ghz 2.20Ghz
1GB RAM
80 HDD
I dont know but I think somethings wrong with my graphics card. It started when the Blue Screen Of Death shows up. And I cant play quite a simple games like warcraft 3
but here it is…
NVIDIA Geforce 512Mb 128bit. thats all I know about it…
do you have any source where I can start to learn scripting for game engine?
How could I know? this ones mine NVIDIA Geforce 512Mb 128bit. thats all I know about it…

I don’t want to sound rude, but how on earth are we supposed to know what GFX card you have?
As storm_st said you will need a newer Nvidia card, to use GPU computing.
So find out (exactly) which card you have, “NVIDIA Geforce 512Mb 128bit” means close to nothing.
Actually, it means a lot. It means it is either its 200 or older, or that it’s a very cheap one. :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_Nvidia_graphics_processing_units#GeForce_200_Series
You are correct sir!
