So i was just gonna do some tinkering around with some stuff, and pulled up the python api

And under actuators theres no motion actuator. What the hell??? i searched forums and internet to try and understand why, whether im just missing something or its really just not there for some reason.
Whats going on, they didnt remove the motion actuator from blender did they?
P.S. im using blender 2.59.0
