Can't Find Softbody Deflection in 2.46

I’m working through agent47crow’s softbody tutorial on youtube here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XP19rcjd86s and its designed for Blender 2.45. At about 1 minute 10 seconds into the tutorial he tells you to go to the softbody collision tab and hit deflection. What’s the equivalent of this in 2.46? Or is it somewhere else and I can’t find it?

I am pretty sure it will be the Collision buttons. Just hit that tab and click on the button that says collision and it should work for you.
