I Can’t find specific button SbLi5 in blender interface

This button has “+” sign inside the picture

probably you are following a tutorial that was made in a beta version.
Press “Shift + A” or click “Add” in the header, it should do exactly the same.

Unfortunately it is not so. (shift + a)
I have found that even though this button had addition ability nevertheless was deleted in blender 2.8

are you talking about “modeling” tab? top bar? you are right it’s not there, not sure what it did before… tell more.

I have found out that this button with plus sign inside was realized in previous version of blender and i have installed 2.8

That was a tool that they developed in the beta to test out the new tools system, but it was removed in the final release.
