Can't find the option to upload and attach a image

I’m trying to submit an entry for the 2.5 splash thread but can’t seem to find the paper-clip icon to add the image attachment.:eyebrowlift2:

Make sure you have presses the ‘Go Advanced’ option at the bottom of the message box to show tha advanced posting options.
