Cant get hair cache work the way i want

video talks best, quality is shit but you see clearly diference when cache is being created and then 2 times it repeats but not same it becomes very unrealistic like there is no psychics sometimes hair even streches(in longer animation there is even more glitches). I tried to bake i tried everything hair at first time when calculated is displayed correctly but second time it repeats it becomes messed up…

Any help would be nice. blend file attached (hmm cant attach it) will try again later

PS working on “bunchie vs roflocopter” its my first work of course.

And another problem when I make proxy of my object all particle/vertex settings are gone is that normal?

And by the way somehow cant upload blend file it weights over 2.3mb but it uploads till 100% and then after 10 s “upload failed” no meaningful error given…
