Can't get my flower petals to work right - Geometric Nodes

The basic idea is to generate points and grow stems from the points and then grow flowers from the stem tops… I can rotate the petal instances, to make the flower and I can randomly adjust the petals, but then I can’t put them on all the stems without loosing the randomness…

This is about as good as I can get… petals rotated correctly and placed on all the stems, but I can’t randomize it… if I do… they just all repeat the exact same randomness on every flower…

This is another attempt, which begins to work, but I can’t get the petals to rotate around the top point… Only along the stem…

Again, just want to allow randomness to ALL the petals and such… Even close the petals and open them as they grow… but that will be after I figure this out…

Instances are exact copies - to make them unique you need to use the realize instances node. Also, use points for as much of your network as possible to take advantage of instance scale/rotation later in the network.
