cant get scripts to work...please help

Hi. I feel like a total noob asking this :expressionless: but here is goes. How do I “install” Python scripts?

I have Python 2.2 installed on my pc and the PYTHONPATH system variable. I am expanding my library of python scripts to include .obj inport/exporter, Fiber, unwrap, Beast, shell creater, and some more. The only ones that work are shell creater and .obj inport/exporter.

Usually when I run the script in the Text window, it says “ERROR: Check counsul” and then (in most cases) highlights “import os”.

With the Fiber 2 script, I followed the instructions (http://www.telusplanet.net/public/kugyelka/blender/tutorials/fiber/install.html) and it still doesnt work. I put the files in “C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender” .

I am running Blender 2.33a.

Please help. Thanks.

With Blender 2.33a you need Python 2.2.3

Sorry, I left off the .3 by accident. I tried re-installing it, but it still doesn’t work.

No it’s me that should be sorry; it should be Python 2.3.3 :expressionless:
