So I turned on Blender after a few months… can’t seem to make the panning work… No matter how I bind it…
Any idea why?

The keys for panning in 3D View seem to be only for a ‘step’ panning … meaning you pan a little step with the numpad, not with your ‘mouse’… maybe I deleted it?
Oh, so its called Move view and not Pan view… RESOLVED!
