I know you’re supposed to be able to hit playback on the keyframes menu, but it’s not working anymore?? I inserted keyframes for rotation and when I playback, nothing happens…Is there a setting I’m missing out on here, or is it my computer??

Open a new file and try loading Blender´s default UI. That could fix what´s wrong.
