Can't run Blender 2.70 preview windows 32bits

Has someone tried to install it?

I’ve downloaded the Blender 2.70 preview zip file for 32bits from the blender website, but I cannot get it running under windows XP.
It comes out an error message related to getlogicalprocessorInformation and kernel32.dll, and blender doesn’t start.

BTW I don’t know if it’s understandable, when I say Blender 2.70 preview I mean the Blender 2.7 release candidate version:

Ups forget about it, I just realise that the oficial version 2.70 has been released. Tested, everything works fine…
