Can't run z brush!

Because my computer battery that checks and remember what the time is has run out. So when I run z brush I get a message saying your computers clock is wrong please fix it…shutting down.

So I can’t run z brush if I don’t set my computers time. But I can’t because the battery has run out. Is there some work around?
