Can't see whats causing UV Texture to stretch on Mesh

The stretching occurs on both legs as shown below in my photos.


I have tried different seam layouts but get the same problem. I even still have this problem when i completely separate each face.

Ensure your object does not have ngons (faces > 4 sides) when you unwrap.

One leg with the ngons removed and then re-unwrapped
