Car modeling question

When modeling something like a car, and you want the curves to be smooth, but some vertices get out of whack, what is the best way to correct them? By hand?

i don’t completely understand
can you attach a screen shoot ?

Specifically, what do you mean by “out of whack”?

If you mean some of the vertices get out of the curve, a way to correct them is using grab locked to one of the axes:

Press the G key and then press the X, Y or Z key to lock the movement. Now correct the vertice to get back into line with the curve :wink:

You might need to do this multiple times for different axes.
