Hey guys quick question:
How do you do your car panels ?
I thought about 2 ways, the first is seperating the piece and using a solidify for making the panel appear through thickness. But that way is baaad for game assets, because the polygon count is ramping up like insane. The other way is to keep the mesh as one but delete the piece through beveling the side, which is really tricks to make, because I cant hold the topology clean …
Any advice ?
