Nice looking wheel, but it’s clipping into the ground.
What do you mean with clipping in the background?
Clipping usually means that some pixels are becoming pure white (being overexposed) and therefore losing all detail.
I also think that the tire is a little dark and its kinda hard to make it the treads. I would just lighten up the diffuse color for that material. I don’t think I’ve every seen a tire that black before.

He means it looks like its too far down into the ground plane and intersecting or “clipping”.
