I used all real world dimensions, including for the fan, though the layout of the room was to showcase the furniture, not to be a layout that you might actually build. The purposes I use these renders for often don’t fit with complete realism as far as the rooms go.

It’s really realistic render and details in the room are perfect. Light behaviour is amazingly real and materials look fantastic.
