Cartoon girl - good shape, bad topology for animation - how to fix it?

Hi, I’m resurrecting a model from 2015 I’ve got my girl looking like this already

and I feel I have come a long way from this:

but this is my topology

I have the feeling that if I would try to animate this face it would break almost immediately.
There are so many loops that aren’t nice loops or have poles etc but I really like the shape as it is.
How would I go about retopologizing and still retain the shape?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
