Nice! The casino chips use a little bit of a glossy shader .200 roughness mixed with the diffuse, and add a very small noise texture into the displacement slot and set the bump pretty low.
Thanks! You are right. But the image kind of looks way too in the face if increase the gloss. But yes I will take a look at the displacement thing. 
The card would also have some light bump.
