I added the Christmas theme to a virtual reconstruction of a 16th century castle in Montemor-o-Novo, Portugal, to make a christmas postcard for the site Morbase. You can also find a 20 sec animation here.
The idea was to tell some sort of story with the image to justify the presence of the Christmas tree in this place so early in history. So I thought of leaving some tracks on the snow and a lost Santa’s hat at the beginning of the image. So Santa went there to leave the tree… Not much of a scientific interpretation but its Christmas!
