Ceiling doesn't get as much light as the floor

Can someone look into why the light isn’t as pronounce in the ceiling as it is on the floor in this scene? I duplicated the room in layer 2 and added a point light in the middle. It still shows the ceiling barely get any light.

Check your normals texture that is connected to normals input on concrete material, something is seriously messed up there. Disconnecting the normals will show ceiling as expected.
