Cel shading demo

This started because I figured out a way to make a seemingly cel shaded material for BGE. I’m not so sure if this will expand into something well rounded but here is what I’ve made so far.

What do you guys think of this art style? Can anyone suggest a way to make the shadows cast better?

What are your problems with the shadows? I don’t see that in the video. The artstyle is interesting so what else will be to the game?

Some of the shadows are looking very jagged in places. Problem is, I am not sure if this is just a limitation of my graphics card.

The original idea I had was to make a very animation/cutscene heavy demo that is based around a crime/mystery. I had the broken sword series in mind. But it’s likely this will change once I figure out some stuff with python.
