Cell fracture, some objects don't move when shattering

I’ve got an animation that I want to use cell fracture for, but I’m not getting the greatest result. When My colliding object hits my fractured object, some of the pieces go through the mesh and some don’t move at all.

I subdivided the mesh of my colliding object, increased solver iterations, increased solver steps per second and no luck.

Has anyone run into this?

Blender sometimes suspends the physics for some objects… You can try to disable this from the world panel (I think… But it’s the same as the substeps physics’ panel). Hope it works…
