Gonna be a bit harsh here. I like the concept, but im gonna nitpick to help you improve.

  1. I can see immediately that you used an 8 bit image for a bump map om the floor. Switch to 16 bits, you won’t get that weird stepping effect

  2. Make more contrasting lighting. Its somewhat flat as is.

  3. Work on the brick texture. Add some displacement, some bump, something.

  4. Change the texture on the ceiling. It doesn’t quite fit.

I agree with KimochiCompadre, but putting those things appart, I really enjoy the style. It reminds me that old times CGI used on games from the 90s and early 2000s like Age of Empires.
