Heh both images are nice but i must say hers is jut better 
maybe you should use your sister’s drawing as texture? give it a sketchy look or something, although its fine as it is.
When the lips are closed, the mouth expression is very hard to see in the model, but is easy to see in the drawing. You may want to give the lips the same color as the inside of the mouth.
