First time with Blender, I’m used to using the built-in render engine with Fusion 360 but finding it has a lot of limitations. Usually rendering product shots for mechanical & steel profiles so thought I’d play a bit with Blender by using a lot of glass, emissions & an HDRI for lighting. Model from 3DSky, can’t remember where the HDRI came from. No post-work at all straight from Blender Cycles.


Had some time tonight to do the same scene but with a wee amount of DOF…
