It’s from 2002 and done it looks like in Maya . Some interesting stuff on there .
There’s a higher resolution version you can see there (I’m not a big fan of YouTube’s screen resolution)

You could make the most AMAZING CG animation and it would still get 100x less views and comments than whatever prepubescent is lip syncing to bad music on the front page. =/
Sad but true, but it could still be seen by thousands and passed around for years. Not a bad deal if marketing yourself is the goal. Lots of eyeballs. It’s not targeted but it’s free.
