Chain Mail Textures

Hey guys, I’d like to know how to make “Chain Mail” for a model I’m making. I only what it to be a texture and not a bunch of donuts linked together. If someone could post the instructions for how to do it then that would be good. I’ll keep experimenting but mine doesn’t look like chain mail.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance. :slight_smile:

You could create a new image in a paint program with a transparent background, then create silver circles. Good luck.

there is at the mat repository a mat for this that you mapped to a plane
