I used lots of Polyhaven assets, and reused my Christmas tree, although I modified it. I modeled most of the larger things though and made the chair, the shelves, the stockings, the mantle, the picture frames,(the pictures are my old renders) and a bunch of other stuff.
Also you can play a game of spot-the-Polyhaven-asset. Lol I love Polyhaven
