During a deep sea exploration near the Brumudia traingle a glowing rune stone was discovered. Could it hold the secrets to (dun dun dun) The Mysterious of Atlantis.

It’s a kind of attacking seadragon, if not, it was meant to be a seadragon.

Went with jazzroy this week, the image looked great and had a bit of a sense of humor with it. Robertt, I loved your work and would have picked yours first except for the fish (sharks?) that seemed to take away from the scene. Also liked @ner (as always) , Riskbreaker and Smerity. Nice work everyone.

Robertt #1  -i think the most complete scene, with the most personality, got my vote
Smerity #2   - great mood and modeling
Modron #3    - great compostion and color, would love to see it in 3-d

Wow some really nice ones,…so hard to choose just one. i think I shall go with jazzroy. I like humor and the composition is excellent. Really some fantastic stuff.

I voted for robertt, but there are a lot of good pics here, its hard to decide. :stuck_out_tongue:

Voted for Smerity, I like detailed pictures.

Thanks for the commentary for my seadragon, fudge and Timonides  .
I downloaded this program exactly six weeks ago.
Timonides, you said that I could use a texture, well I tried to use one, but it looked aweful in my scene.
Maybe it wouldn’t look aweful in the render, but I immediatly deleted it;
I didn’t want to see how it would be in the render.

Very much entries this time, nice :D.

It’s @ndy… not @ner

My vote went for @ndy, everybody’s work are very nice,

And to that one dude who voted for me - thanks!

I voted for jazzroy - was a well modelled and humerous entry.

However all the entries were good - well done to all those who got something submitted.

Brian

Thanks for the kind words everyone

I voted for @ndy because it is amazing (like all his work) and a very creative interpretation of the weekend challenge theme. His work should be required reading for every aspiring blenderhead

So many other well done entries here!

Have a good week everyone.

RobertT

Hem, I didn’t expect the votes I received so far, I mean, this is my first WC (and I think also my first work posted on Elysiun) and it’s going beyond any prediction.
So I thank everybody that has voted my work, and also the ones that are going to do it
I really appreciate other works present in this challenge and think it’s a good way to learn without getting bored!
After many thoughts I decided not to vote, because being part of the competition makes it hard to be clear of mind. :expressionless:

I voted for smerity, because I loved the mood and environment.
RobertT came in second, and @ndy came in third.

I’m voting for Smerity, 'cause he deserves a lot more votes than he’s got now. I like the lighting and atmosphere.

now back to studying for provincials…

Now I can’t wait for wc105, I might enter in that one. Whoever wins, make it a cool theme please. :stuck_out_tongue:

I liked Jazzroy’s work, it was funny :D. @ndy’s was awsome but I didn’t like a “composition” I think it would of looked better in a scene. Third goes to RobertT. Good job everyone.

Wow…Robertt got my vote. Wasnt expecting that much detail. Awesome composition and atmosphere too.
A LOT of awesome entries in this weekend. @ndy. Wow, i saw that coming. Very cool, as usual.

jazzroy and skeletor, nicely done, great setting and atmosphere.

Now…whoever wins this…and it looks to be either jazzroy or Robertt…pick another good subject so i can hone my blender skills!!!

I voted for @ndy, because 1) he deserved more votes than he had been given and 2) Ya’ gotta love that beast, yeah!

Maybe I’m really daft, but shul, could oyu please explain to me what your entry had to do with the mysteries of Atlantis?

edit oh and in Elysiun 2, will we have a better (or special) voting system for the WC? e.g. 10 points to share among entrants or 1st (3p), 2nd (2p) and 3rd (1p) ?

Maybe I’m really daft, but shul, could oyu please explain to me what your entry had to do with the mysteries of Atlantis?

Yes, I can.

The ones I liked best:@ndy,Robertt and jazzroy. jazzroy gets my vote today.
/ Mattias

@ndy!!!

No question about it…

From all the rest, I distinguished Robertt’s (excellent modeling job) and Riskbraker’s (I like this character and your lighting very very much)…

C.U. all in the next challenge…

Loved yours, shul.

Nice work.

Cheers,
