Fun: You get only 4 days to create a cool image, based on the theme for the week.
Glory: After 2 days of voting, a winner is declared. The winner picks the theme for next week.”

Btw.: Comments are welcome in both threads (entries/voting). Have fun!
I wanted to play with 2.80 and Eevee, but found out I was in over my head for trying to do something in a hurry. I still stuck with 2.80 but switched to Cycles. This entry comes from one dictionary definition of isometric as “of or having equal dimensions”.
Edit: This is the second edit, tweaked materials, upped contrast. Hopefully made the hat look more like a fedora than a cowboy hat (my friend complained about that, what a dork). Made everything more wrinkly and craggy as time passed on. I normally try to model stuff that looks, hopefully at least passingly realistic, but this was a super fun challenge for me. After I gave up futzing with Eevee (which is super cool and I want to play with more) I breezed through this in about two hours.
Edit 2: I just can’t leave well enough alone. I wanted to fix the materials for the first and fourth models, plus I found the denoise switch in 2.80, yay!
