I’ve just discovered how to display edge lengths, but unfortunately, they are practically illegible. Can I change the size and color of these value in the 3D window?
Thanks in advance for any help

No you can’t
you can change the colour of the font, in the User Preferences > Themes > 3D View > Edge Length Text:
still looking for a solution for the tiny font size. you can also change the background colour/gradient, for better contrast.
In the preferences window, system tab, there is a DPI slider at the upper left (under “General”). I think it’s set to 72 by default and I usually set it closer to my display’s actually dpi, which is 96. This makes all text, including the edge lengths, larger and easier for my tired old eyes to read
oh yeah. duh. i knew that, i was just… momentarily dumb. that is exactly what i needed. i increased the text DPI under System > General: > DPI: to 76dpi, then adjusted the font size under Themes > Text Style
thanks for the reminder.
what about in 2.8+ vesion
I’m using 4.1 blender and DPI like option is under Preferences > Interface > Display, called Resolution scale.
