Change radius for one side of cylinder

hello! i’m really new to blender and have been trying to mess around with some simple low-poly modeling.
i’m currently trying to make a cylinder where one side of the cylinder has a smaller radius than the other (so one face is much bigger, while the other is much smaller). i know how to change the radius for the entire cylinder, but am not sure how i should approach this…
is there a way i can do this? or some other technique i can use to replicate the effect i’m going for? thanks!!

Hey, In ‘Edit’ mode select ‘Face’ you want smaller > ‘S’ key (scale) and move your mouse to scale > mouse click or Enter to set.

that was perfect, thank you so much!!!
