Change Viewport default 'Solid' material colour?

I’m playing with themes and would like to know, is it possible to change the default colour for an object displayed in Solid mode?


You can edit the OpenGL lights in the System tab of the User Preferences window, or simply choose a matcap under Shading in the 3D Window’s property panel that you show/hide with the N-key.
