Changing Background World Brightness

Hi! I was following an online blender tutorial and do you see the image right below? It has the option to change the background brightness in the render, but in my interface that’s nowhere to be found. Where is it now? How do I change the background brightness of my scene?

That would be the Strength slider. (it is at 1.000 now, range from 0 to 2)
