changing my armatures centre

I’ve got a Spider model with an armature and animation, problem is the “centre” of the armature is the top of one of the back legs and not the centre of the body. The problem with this is that I’m using the model in XNA and when I rotate it rotates about the armatures centre and not the models centre.
Anyone know how to change the armatures centre to be in the middle? I’ve searched but can’t really find anything to help.

Select the rig in object mode, Object menu, transform origin to geometry. There are other options like transform origin to cursor / selected etc.
